Most people don't know the 5 probable cause of Alzheimer's Disease

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive disease that destroys memory and others important mental functions that millions of Americans affected by it each year. A decade of research shows that the accumulation of toxic proteins in the brain - beta amyloid and tau - can lead to Alzheimer's. Something that is not quite clear, the issue about the causes of this protein to accumulate. However, recent studies are beginning to explain the process, which will expose the possible causes of Alzheimer's.

 1. Sleep Deprivation - According to studies published by the Neurobiology of Aging journal showed that sleeping problems are common in people with Alzheimer's disease. Sleep Deprivation may give stress in the body and in the brain that may result in serious health disorders. In excessive curricular activities and other responsibilities are causing many people to lose their sleep. This can cause drowsiness, inactivity, and irritability, but it can also accelerate the development of Alzheimer's disease.

2. Head trauma - the other factor include is head injuries and increased risk of Alzheimer's that is now known as one of them. They estimated that 300,000 Americans people, sufferings from a sports-related concussions each year. Some can make full recoveries while other may experience problems related to the inflammation that helps to heal a damaged tissue of the brain. If the inflammation becomes chronic, brain cells are most likely clear the beta amyloid from the brain. The build up of protein in the brain is a cause of Alzheimer's disease.

3. Loneliness - In three years of study, researchers found that elderly adults had 1.63 times the chance of developing dementia. A study published in the journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry notice some links between loneliness and dementia development. The exact cause and results of this link are further studied, but researchers advice to stay connected to each other comfortable.

4. Anti-anxiety Medications - In a study published in the British Medical journal followed 1,796 Canadians with Alzheimer's disease and 7,184 healthy controls for a six years period. They found that taking these drugs for more than three months was associated with up to a 51% increase in Alzheimer disease. There is a class of drugs known as benzodiazepines often used to treat illnesses such as anxiety and insomnia as well. These include famous drugs lorazepam (Ativan), alprazolam (Xanax), and clonazepam (Klonopin). The more risk that will affect the health and effect of taking the drugs will continue to be revealed.

5. Diabetes   -  Suzanne de la Monte, MD, a neuroscientist of Brown University believes that Alzheimer's disease is a metabolic disease that affects the brain. She refers to Alzheimer's as type 3 diabetes. According to her own research that leads her to believe that the brain cells develop insulin resistance, like other cells in the body. Any organ can be affected by insulin resistance, if you get it in the brain, we call it Alzheimer,  she stated.

PREVENTION:

Living a healthy lifestyle by eating properly and keeping active will help to keep your mind sharp and physically fit. Avoid smoking, eat a balanced diet, and eat fruits and vegetables to keep your body healthy and maintain the health of your mind. There is no known cure for Alzheimer's disease yet, but there is evidence that coconut oil can help to improve or even reverse the symptoms. To keep your mind active, mental training such as crossword puzzle or memory game will help.
